Spring Fling

Flipping through the pages of Vogue, Balenciaga caught my eye. After doing some more research on Style.com. I finally located these two skirts and immediately became enamored by there billowing shapes and ombre colors. They are exquisitely crafted and swish like no ones business. I've decided they are a hybrid between tassels and streamers. I cant think of anything better.
